Marvelous Mondays: Movement, Breathwork, Reiki & Sound at 7pm

Every Monday continuing indefinitely, we'll be gathering for an evening of gentle movement, breathwork, reiki, aromatherapy, sound and community in Gratitude Market's new outdoor healing and gathering space. Please select the date you’d like when purchasing a ticket.

The session is crafted to help set intentions for the coming week, bring in love, joy, abundance & flow and release frustration, anger, and resentment.

Yoga instructor Liv Callaghan will begin the session with 20 minutes of stretching and gentle floor based poses. Gratitude Market's Lisa Schultz, a trauma informed breathwork facilitator and reiki practitioner, will then lead 35-40 minutes of breathwork, reiki and sound. Tea, sharing and gathering in community will be offered at the conclusion of the session. 

Participation is donation based with a suggested exchange of $20, but everyone is welcome regardless of available funds (help is especially welcomed in lieu of payment).  Space is limited to 12 participants so we suggest either purchasing a ticket here or reaching out via email to abundance@gratitude.market with a subject line of Marvelous Mondays if you'd like to donate another amount on site or help with set-up, etc.  No need to bring confirmation of ticket purchase or mats or blanket -- everything is provided.

Parking is available at The Trader Joe's lot at Venice & Culver and the lot at Cardiff & Culver where it's free for the first hour and $1 per 30 minutes thereafter.
