Mint Chip Truffle Bar by Seattle Chocolate

This dark chocolate version of classic mint chocolate chip looks and tastes so much like the real thing, you might think you’re eating ice cream! Double-distilled peppermint oil is swirled in white chocolate and studded with micro-chocolate chips underneath a generous layer of 60% dark chocolate. The bar’s mint green coloring is 100% plant-based, making for a good-for-you, visually satisfying treat. 

Illustrations were created by Kendra Dandy, a Philadelphia based artist. She is famed for colorful illustrations, cheeky, smile-inducing patterns, and original artworks. Bright, cheerful, and a little sassy, each illustration provokes a conversation that is refreshingly unexpected.
