Vision of Peace: This painting honors a Tri-Racial woman living in a world where others expect one to fit in this slot or that one, where the name is expected to match the face, and where one is supposed to "get it" when her unseen background is being disparaged. This was created in the hope that all of us will embrace and accept all people and treat each other with the same respect and love that we want for ourselves.
