THE TASTE
Ruby red color with an intense bouquet of Sangiovese, packed with ripe red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, with dog-rose on the end. Fruity and fresh with good tannins, one sip leads to another.

THE STORY
Tenuta San Jacopo’s history began at the beginning of the 18th century, when the estate was first built in Tuscany with the intent of nurturing healthy, mature, sweet-smelling grapes. The stunning villa built to overlook the vineyards still stands today, and is an iconic symbol of Tuscan history, wine, and agriculture. In 2002, three Milanese brothers, Vanni, Carlo, and Marco Cattaneo, bought the estate with the purpose of enhancing and refreshing the local identity, combining the Tuscan product folk culture with Lombard pragmatism. Today they honor the historic vineyards while introducing modern technologies to create excellent wines and olive oils.
