THE TASTE 

Pale straw-green with golden tinges. Aromas and flavors of lemon, gooseberry, crystalized nectarine peel and sage. Bright and crisp on entry, then rounder and more mellow, with a nice persistent hint of lime and white flowers on the finish.

PAIR IT WITH 

Drink it alone or with pastas that combine fish and vegetables.

THE STORY

The history of Caruso & Minini begins with the merging of two families estates. Stefano Caruso, the third generation of a winemaking family, met Mario Minini, owner of a marketing company in Northern Italy.

Caruso & Minini is producing exquisite wines in Marsala located in the beautiful region of western Sicily. This old courtyard, built in 1904 in the heart of the traditional Marsala’s wine area, gives an amazing view of the lush countryside. Giumarella and Cuttaia, the family vineyards, cover an area of 120 hectares. They sit in the inland of the Trapani province between Salemi and Mazara del Vallo.
